Countdown to Enrollment Deadline for Fall 2017 Semester
Fuzhou Lakeside American High School is fully licensed to accept both local students and foreign passport holders from grades 9 to 12. As class sizes are strictly limited, a thorough admission and placement process is in practice meant to place students who show a strong will and ability to meet the challenges of a rigorous American curriculum taught exclusively in English. Just follow the steps below to begin your journey of achievement.

Download and complete the Admissions Application Form.
Required documentation for application submission (soft copies; JPG, JPEG, PDF, or hard copies).

A copy of student’s valid passport with visa page and Chinese residence permits.

A copy of parent/Guardian’s valid passport with visa page and Chinese residence permits, or ID card.

Two completed and sealed Student Recommendation Forms. One completed by a teacher, another completed by an administrator.

Two student passport photos taken within the last 12 months. Digital copies with light color background should be in 600 x 600 px or at least 300 dpi in resolution.

Previous 2 years official school Academic Record (Report cards and/or transcripts, needing official English translation if not originally issued in English)

Official transcripts, in English or translated into English.

A certificate of activities or achievements, if available.

Bring the forms and documents to our office and set up an admission interview and testing time, or send your materials to the following email address: melodyyan@flis.cn or FAX to 0591-2806-7177.

Pay the non-refundable 1800 RMB administrative application fee, which can be payed in cash or debit/credit card.

Complete admissions testing (Oxford English Level Assessment, and other relevant assessments as recommended by the Principal).

Complete personal interviews with departmental leadership.

Wait for the results of placement testing and interview to be provided.We shall process your admission and update you with our final decision within 30 days of receiving payment and all documentation.

If accepted you will also need to provide a recent health Physical Examination Report from the hospital.
