Our basic package of salary and benefits include the following: 

​

• Yearly Salary- 160,000 to 300,000 RMB commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• Performance based yearly bonus of up to 1/12th of annual salary.

• Housing Allowance: Up to 30,000 RMB/yr 

• Travel/Relocation Allowance: 9375RMB per year

• Free tuition for 1st child, 50% tuition for second child and beyond.

• Up to 185 teaching days, 195 working days. 5 sick days, 3 PD days, 2 Personal days. Western+ Local Holidays 

• Basic Health/Accident Insurance- Covered by school

• Visa Fee, Local Health Exam Fee, Residence Permit Fee all covered by school.

Who are we looking for?

​

Basic Requirements for Teachers:

• Two or more years certified teaching experience in subject area.

• ESL/ELL experience is preferred.

• Bachelors degree or higher from a university of a native English speaking country (PRC required)

• Ability to obtain Chinese Z Visa and Work Permit.

• Hold current teaching subject endorsement (USA state certification, PGSE or equivalent…)

• Zest for teaching and student enrichment.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.

• Willingness to teach for a two year contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education 

• +5 years direct experience in teaching subject

• Experience using American curriculum

• TEFL-C or related ELL certification
